The programme seeks to improve learning outcomes across various innovations where relevant education will be a crosscutting theme besides numeracy and literacy being at the back bone of the barriers to be confronted. The program will be implemented around key innovations, namely: Economic Citizenship, Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH), Information Communication and Technology (ICT), backed by policy and advocacy. A learning agenda will involve all innovations with specific details captured in the learning framework to be further developed in project start up
